Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from this web site you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions laid out below.

These terms and conditions apply to on-line transactions only.


“Buyer”, “You” and “Your” refer to the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from Focus Furnishing (On-Line) Ltd. 
“We, “Our” and “Us” refer to Focus Furnishing (On-Line) Ltd.
“Goods” and "Special Orders" means the product which you agree to buy from us.

2. Colour and Finishes

Photographs displayed on our website are representative of the finished product. Whilst every effort is made to match all colours and finishes, goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be a slight dye, shade and grain variation, particularly with natural products such as wood. Leather products are made from quality hides and may not be uniform in colour or texture and will show natural marks and scars. Where stated, some images have been digitally created to illustrate the colour options available for this range. These colours will be affected by your monitor and by your printer and therefore may not be 100% accurate to the finished product. Colour swatches may be viewed in store.

3. Size and Description

It is your responsibility to check your sizes and dimensions.

All sizes quoted are approximate. Size and products descriptions are given in good faith from our suppliers’ information. Products are manufactured to perform within the appropriate industry measurement tolerances.

4. Payments

Full payment will be required at time of order.

5. Delivery

Delivery will only be made to the billing address specified on the original order. 

Delivery is officially to the front door only, but the goods maybe taken to the room of your choice at the driver's discretion, and at the customer's own risk. 

We cannot collect or dispose of your existing furniture. We cannot remove or dispose of any packaging.

Most goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the goods. Fitting service available upon request. (Chargeable).

Failure to be at home at the agreed delivery time will incur a re-delivery charge of £29.95  to cover costs incurred. (Local Area).

Once your order has arrived into our warehouse we will contact you to arrange delivery. We can keep your order for a maximum of 14 days only, after that your order will be put into storage. This will incur a charge £19.95 per week.


All goods supplied by us are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 12 calendar months from date of delivery in respect of faulty workmanship or materials.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

7.After Sale Service

Any damages or faults must be reported to the store within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

We will replace or where appropriate repair any goods that fail within twelve calendar months of delivery by reason of faulty materials or workmanship, provided that you notify us within a reasonable period of the failure.  We can only provide this service to the original address.  Please note that we will charge you for our reasonable expenses incurred in dealing with unfounded claims made (Minimum Charge £29.95 Local Area).  In cases remedies offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our statutory responsibilities.


We will not pay for:
Fair wear and tear or damage caused by lack of maintenance, negligence and/or improper use (unless it is our suppliers or our own negligence or improper use).

Damage that occurs as a result of repairs or alterations made without our approval.

Loss or damage relating to your business, time or earnings.

9.Cancellation by us

We reserve the right not to accept an order if:

We do not have the stock to fulfil the order

If we are unable to deliver the product to your area

If an item was incorrectly priced or described on the web site

If your payment was not authorised

If you have not complied with our terms and conditions of sale.

10. Cancellation by you

Special Orders which have been produced specifically for you cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Stock-line goods which have been ordered and confirmed, will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of goods. (To cover administration and distribution costs).

Once goods have been delivered or collected from the store they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned to the store.

The conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
